Kat Von D: Face Facts... No Regrets, No Tattoo Removal

Before Kat Von D and beau Jesse James decided to call it quits earlier this week, Von D got a large permanent ink drawing of Jesse's face on her side.

The "L.A. Ink" star got the tattoo of James as a fifth-grader shortly before the breakup -- as a surprise present to him on her show. James seemed to have mixed feelings about it.

Von D told TMZ she "loves" the tattoo, adding, "It's more than just a portrait, it has a lot of meaning." The newly single brunette says she lives her life with "no regets," and that includes keeping her ex... on her side.
