Up Dog Yoga + Cycling owner,Meaghan Kennedy Townshend, showed off her yoga skills to "Extra" fans at The Grove today. A member of the renowned Kennedy family, she offers a wide range of classes at her West Hollywood studio where she trains many celebrities.
