Mel Gibson Image Rehab: He Visits Guatemalan Hospital

As part of his community service sentence, Mel Gibson visited sick children at a Guatemalan hospital over the last several days.
Teaming up with children's charity Mending Kids International, "The Beaver" star was greeted warmly at the Hospital General San Juan de Dios and stopped by the Spina Bifida Unit, the only one of its kind on the continent. Mel and ex-wife Robyn have been supporting Mending Kids for 15 years.
Mel interacted with the hospital's tiny patients, showed off his juggling skills, blew bubbles and posed for photos.
Gibson is fulfilling 16 hours of community service in the domestic battery case involving ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.
