Kelsey Grammer's ex-wife, Camille Grammer, is filing her own petition for sole custody of the couple's two children, Mason, 9, and Jude, 6.
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star claims in the document that Kelsey's previous filing a few weeks ago for sole custody was "done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage" her, People.com reports.
"She will continue to fight aggressively to keep her kids and keep her kids together," a source told People. "Kelsey's not been civil. [Camille] has tried to reach out without lawyers on multiple occasions."
