Lifechangers: Jennifer Garner Saves the Children

Actress, mother and philanthropist Jennifer Garner has teamed up with Frigidaire for the "Save the Children" campaign, which encourages parents to get their kids off the couch and be more active.

Jen believes "it's so important to just get outside with your kids." The mother of two girls, Violet, 5, and Seraphina, 2, spends some of her outdoor time with the family by playing baseball. "I alternate between coach and player," adding -- her batting skills are "not so good. I'm a big fan, but not so good."
