"It is really important to properly clean your skin," explained Nurse Jamie. "You can improve the texture, clarity, and long-term health of your skin by using the right cleansing products and techniques. Proper cleansing will remove dead surface skin cells, dirt and dust, sebum or oil, makeup and bacteria which can clog pores. It will also stimulate circulation and prepare the skin to receive topically applied nutrients."
