Former Royal Classmate Tells 'Extra': William & Kate Have True Love

Jules Knight, a trusted member of Prince William and Kate Middleton's inner circle of close college friends, sat down with "Extra's" Terri Seymour and said he believes Kate and William have a genuine love for each other.

"She's not the kind of girl to be sort of calculating about the position she would end up in. It was about a real relationship and a real love," Knight revealed.

Jules recalled how Kate and William's friendship grew while they attended the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and eventually, they began dating. "They had their ups and downs like most couples, but I'm very happy that they finally decided to tie the knot." He went on to describe the Prince as a "very nice guy. Very down-to-earth and quite shy in a way. He did keep to himself."

The couple excelled in school, with Kate being called "hard-working and always doing her homework... much more than Will, in fact."
