Halle Berry Helps Victims of Domestic Violence

April 15, 2011 Stars Give Back

Actress Halle Berry and her team of superheroes band together to help victims of domestic violence heal with a project called, "What a Little Love Can Do." This project renovates apartments at the Jenesse Center in Los Angeles, a transitional housing shelter for domestic violence victims.

Patrick Delanty, who works closely with Halle, says the most rewarding part of the project involves "seeing the family's reaction" when they are given a place to live and start again. The first space they remodeled was named in honor of Berry's daughter, Nahla.
