Stars Donate Tap Water to UNICEF

March 25, 2011 Stars Give Back

UNICEF Tap Project is an award-winning fundraising program that launched in 2007, in which restaurants asked their diners to donate $1 or more for the tap water they normally enjoy for free, with all donations to support UNICEF water and sanitation programs.

To help people continue to recognize water's value, UNICEF has enlisted some of the hottest celebrities to endorse water and encourage people to donate $5; thereby granting clean water access to children in need, with this year's donations going to Togo, the Central African Republic and Vietnam.

In return, every dollar donated will not only give a child 40 days of clean water, it will also enter those who donated into a contest to win a case of some ridiculously famous water from the homes of our A-List celebrity supporters, like Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and others.

Here's Rihanna video!

And Selena Gomez!
