While looking for new digs in Manhattan, did actress Jennifer Aniston happen to meet someone special? Take this rumor to the bank!

Although she did not end up buying an elegant $15-million West Village penthouse, word around town is that she is interested in one of the neighbors, a banker, who resides in the building!

The 42-year-old divorcee may be one step closer to making her move to the east a reality -- Aniston has put her $42-million Beverly Hills mansion up for sale.

The busy actress is currently in Germany promoting "Just Go with It."
