Sports Illustrated Cover Model a 10 in Dave's Top 10

Model Irina Shayk is the lucky beauty to make the cover of the 2011 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition.

"Late Night with David Letterman" revealed the cover in Dave's Top 10 list. Watch!

Shayk's boyfriend is soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays for Real Madrid. Ronaldo was there Monday night at "The Late Show with David Letterman" when Shayk found out she had landed the SI cover. They've been dating since early 2010.
