'Here's the Situation'!

After living the life of a party boy on MTV's "Jersey Shore," Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino wants to help others obtain the Jersey lifestyle -- which is why he's released his first book, "Here's the Situation."

The abs flasher told "Extra's" AJ Calloway that the book is "a humorous guide to living in your 20s, lifestyle, GTL (gym, tan, laundry), relationships and everything in between." Sounds captivating!
