Nancy O'Dell Gets Her OWN Show
TV host Nancy O'Dell stopped by The Grove to talk with "Extra's' Mario Lopez about her new show on Oprah Winfrey's OWN Network... and to give Mario a special gift!
"When you get the phone call and somebody says 'Oprah and Mark Burnett want you to come and host a show,' you're like 'Okay, let me think about it. Okay, I'm in," O'Dell said of her new show with Carson Kressley, in which they look for the next TV star. She laughed, "Five seconds, that's all it took me. It's just been amazing."
O'Dell has also created her own line for Creative Memories (CreativeMemories.com), and has written a new book, "Full of Love," which makes it easy for parents to create their own family keepsakes. "I like to call it album-making, because when people say scrapbooking they think glue and glitter and it's not like that anymore."
In fact, she presented Mario with his own baby book! "This is something you and Courtney will have forever as well as your little baby Gia... look, you had the cutest dimples! Your parents must have been like... rrrrr!!"
