September 10, 2010 Fashion

Famed photographer and former "America's Next Top Model" judge Nigel Barker is joining forces with forty New York Fashion Week models, Stacy Lastrina (CMO of Jones Apparel Group), and Steve Kolb (Executive Director of the Council of Fashion Directors of America) to kick-off Nine West's Runway Relief Program.

Each top fashion runway model participating in Nine West's program must wear a pedometer that tracks how many steps each model takes while prepping for the catwalk to their post-fashion show fun. Every step they take equals a pre-determined monetary amount which Nine West will donate to Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.

Nigel will utilize his exceptional photography skills to take photos of the forty beauties giving back in NYC's Meatpacking District.

Top models from around the world participating in the event include Coco Rocha, Jessica White, Michelle Alves, Arlenis Sosas, Ali Stephens and Lisalla Montenegro.
