Synopsis: From writer Robert Borden ("The Drew Carey Show") and director Ken Kwapis ("The Office") comes a comedy where cultural differences are a novelty. An American novelties company sends their guy Todd Dempsy (Rappaport) to the company's call center in India, to teach them how to up-sell things like the Deluxe Twin Beer Helmet. Can we say culture shock -- from both sides?
