Lohan Could Be Released Early from Rehab

Lindsay Lohan served just under two weeks of her jail sentence, now it looks like La Lohan will also fly the rehab coop earlier than expected.

Danette Meyers, the prosecutor in LiLo's case, told RadarOnline.com that it's likely the actress will be released before the full count of her 90-day rehab sentence at UCLA Medical Center.

"My understanding from conversations with Shawn Chapman Holley [Lohan's lawyer] is that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility," Meyers told RadarOnline.com. "It is looking as if that is what the health care professionals are going to recommend. How much earlier she could be released I'm unsure of at this point."

Holley said her client is looking much better. "Ms. Lohan looks very good. She looks healthy. My client is looking forward to returning to work on her many creative endeavors upon her release from the treatment facility."

The judge in Lohan's case recently removed herself over allegations she inappropriately contacted persons involved in the actress' rehab placement.
