Lindsay Lohan's Attorney: No Special Treatment

"Extra" caught up with Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, after she paid a visit to the incarcerated actress over the weekend.

Clearing up those crazy rumors about LiLo behind bars, Holley told "Extra" the wayward freckled phenom is not receiving any special treatment; she's being treated like everyone else -- only professionals were allowed to visit with Lindsay over the weekend, family members were not allowed into the jail.

As for rumors that the troubled star has been crying hysterically and that she's being teased about her bisexuality, her attorney says the rumors are "absolutely not" true.

Going into her second week in lockdown, Lohan continues to maintain a mutual respect with deputies.

She'll be finding out her release date today.
