Kelsey Grammer's Wife Has Filed for Divorce

Camille Grammer is calling it quits with her husband of nearly 13 years, actor Kelsey Grammer.

TMZ has learned that Camille's lawyer, Neal Hersh, filed a divorce petition on her behalf, seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their two children.

In the documents, Kelsey's wife cites the usual "irreconcilable differences" and is seeking spousal and child support.

The couple's rep told "Extra," "Kelsey and Camille value privacy. They understand that private lives sometimes get played out in pubic, but ask on this occasion that their privacy -- and the privacy of their children be respected."

Camille is set to appear on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
