"Extra" has obtained Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' divorce documents, and you can have a peek right here (the final decree and the docket).

The papers reveal there will be no alimony and no child support, but that doesn't necessarily mean that James won't be playing a role in their newly adopted son Louie's life.

In fact, James is still hoping for reconciliation, according to an Us Weekly source, who says the two are still on speaking terms, talking to each other daily.

"Jesse would not relocate his family (Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr, 12, and Sunny, 6) to Austin without consulting with her," the insider told Us. "This has been in the works for a while. Austin is Sandra; it's not him."
