President Obama's Favorite Eats in DC

Season 7 of "Top Chef" premieres Wednesday night on Bravo, and they're taking the competition to Washington, DC for some culinary inspiration.

To celebrate the show being in the nation's capital, "Extra" has complied a list of President Barack Obama's favorite eats in the area.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries

During a visit to Five Guys in 2009 the President ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, jalapeno peppers, and mustard. He also ordered several items to go for his staff.

When visiting The Dairy Godmother President Obama likes to snack on vanilla custard with hot fudge and toasted almonds in a cup.

Citronelle

The Obama's had their first date of his presidency at Citronelle. The restaurant specializes in high-end French cuisine run by Chef Michel Richard.

Ben's Chili Bowl

During President Obama's first visit to Ben's Chili Bowl he ordered the speciality Chili Half Smoke (a quarter pound half pork and beef smoked sausage on a steamed bun) with mustard, onions and chili sauce. He also ordered a big helping of cheese fries.

The Source is one of Obama's favorite DC spots. Their speciality is prime beef sliders with smoked onion marmalade and white cheddar.
