Joan on Heidi's Plastic Surgeries: 'Maybe It Was Dollar Day'

The always hilarious and opinionated Joan Rivers has a few things to say about Heidi Montag's multiple plastic surgeries.

"Whoever advised her was ridiculous," Rivers told "Extra". "Everybody does something out there if they have to. And they have to -- it's a business. But I think whoever told her to go public with this was stupid."

Rivers continued, "I wanna know what doctor did 11 surgeries, 11 procedures in one day? Maybe it was dollar day. Or it was buy one get one free day."

The funny lady, who just celebrated her 77th birthday June 8, is still going strong with two reality shows, a stand-up concert and a new documentary, "Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work," in theaters this week. "I'm like a whore. I like each client the best," Rivers joked.
