The Orange County home that Jesse James once shared with Sandra Bullock during their five-year marriage has been put on the market, according to People, and James is moving to Texas.

Bullock moved out of the two-story beachfront property two months ago after learning about James' numerous infidelities.

The motorcycle king was spotted in Austin, Texas where he has already made an offer on a home. Jesse and Sandra spent much of their downtime in Austin.

"His mind-set is the same as [just after the split], and Jesse feels that as time goes by, his and Sandra's relationship has still not reached the final chapter," says a pal. "He is not giving up hope that Sandra will come back to her family."

Jesse James will open up in an interview with Nightline on Tuesday, May 25 -- his first since the cheating scandal broke.
