Shocker! Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy Split
In a surprising split, "Extra" has confirmed Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey have called it quits after five years.
Carrey's rep tells "Extra," "Jim and Jenny have recently decided to end their five-year relationship. They are grateful for the many blessings they have shared and wish each other the very best."
The two also took to Twitter to announce the news. Carrey tweeted: "Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I'm grateful 4 the many blessings we've shared and I wish her the very best! S'okay!"

Carrey has been married twice before. His daughter Jane, 22, gave birth to a baby boy in February.
McCarthy, a former Playboy model and actress, has been married once before. Her son Evan is autistic, and Jenny has since become a vocal activist fighting for autism research and funding.
