Gloria Estefan Leads Protest Against Cuban Government

March 26, 2010 Stars Give Back

Singer Gloria Estefan was joined by thousands of marchers in Miami's Little Havana on Thursday, as she led the protest march of a Cuban government opposition group known as Las Damas de Blanco, or Ladies in White. Comprised mostly of mothers and wives, they protested against the Cuban government for jailing 75 dissidents across Cuba in 2003. "Extra" was there and caught all the raw video!

A similar protest will be held in Los Angeles this Sunday, lead by Andy Garcia. For information, please visit Gloria Estefan's website.
