Medical Problem Causes Switcheroo in 'Idol' Schedule

"American Idol" semifinalist Crystal Bowersox must tend to a medical issue, so the show is rearranging the schedule -- leaving the guys to perform tonight.

Us Weekly reports that Crystal experienced diabetes complications. "Crystal is doing OK and should be fine for tomorrow," a source says of the Ohio-based soul-rocker mom.

Tonight America will instead hear the 10 remaining men; Lee Dewyze, Andrew Garcia, Todrick Hall, Casey James, Aaron Kelly, Alex Lambert, Michael Lynche, John Park, Jermaine Sellers and Tim Urban.

The 10 remaining women; Didi Benami, Crystal Bowersox, Lacey Brown, Michelle Delamor, Katelyn Epperly, Siobhan Magnus, Paige Miles, Lilly Scott, Katie Stevens and Haeley Vaughn -- will perform live on Wednesday.

Tune in Thursday night to see Season Eight finalist Danny Gokey perform his new single, "My Best Days Are Ahead of Me," and to find out which two guys and two girls will be eliminated.
