There's a New 'Bachelorette'!
It's been a night of love and tears as hunky pilot Jake Pavelka proposed to the girl of his dreams. Now, there's a new lady looking for love on TV -- Ali Fedotowsky.
Fans will remember Ali faced a tough decision on the show: stay to compete for Jake's heart and risk losing her job, or leave and lose a man she'd fallen in love with. She chose her career.
At the time, she told "Extra," "There's definitely times that I do regret it. I do regret that I -- it's not even just in my moment with Jake, but sort of throughout my adult life, that I kind of have consistently put my career first, and not like put love first, then I think maybe that's why I'm single."
If faced with the decision again, Ali said she would put more focus on her love life. Now, she can, as she's been chosen to be the next "Bachelorette" on ABC.
