PETA has plans to unveil a controversial new billboard in Windermere, Fla. featuring Tiger Woods!

The billboard says, "Too much sex can be a bad thing... for little tigers too. Help keep our cats (and dogs) out of trouble: Always spay or neuter!"

No word on when or exactly where the billboard will be, and PETA says they didn't ask for the golfer's approval.

"Tiger has no formal affiliation with the organization and has not previewed or endorsed the ad but the image and the idea were too good to pass up when it comes to helping find homes for animals who will otherwise be left out in the cold," PETA explained in a statement.
