As "Extra" first reported, Brooke was forced to leave The Canyon over concerns about her privacy. "Extra" has confirmed she immediately went to another facility to continue her treatment. Now, her rep slams reports that say she's staying at a friend's home and not in a treatment center as "totally not true." In addition, Brooke's rep tells "Extra" that allegations she was ordered by the Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services to go to rehab are "completely false."

The rep says Brooke and her family are even considering legal action against those that are printing erroneous and false stories.

"Brooke left The Canyon for purposes of privacy, and immediately checked into an undisclosed facility to diligently continue her treatment. Her commitment to recovery and being the best mother she can be remains the most important issue," said her rep.

Mueller, 32, entered rehab one day after her husband's arraignment in Aspen on felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from a domestic violence arrest on Christmas Day.
