Stephanie Pratt Steers Clear of Jail for DUI

Stephanie Pratt has avoided time behind bars for her recent arrest.

Pratt, 23, reached a deal with the L.A. District Attorney concerning her October 18 arrest for driving under the influence. The "Hills" star pleaded no contest to the reduced charge of exhibition of speeding, and promised to enter a three-month alcohol treatment program. Pratt will also attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

"I'm happy about the outcome," Stephanie told E! News. "I enrolled in Betty Ford Clinic for two weeks right after my DUI arrest."

Pratt will resume filming "The Hills" next week, and says she's "looking forward to getting back to work."
