Taylor Lautner to Star as Superhero 'Max Steel'
Taylor Lautner has proved that he's Hollywood's hottest new leading man.
According to Deadline Hollywood, Lautner, 17, will star in the upcoming sci-fi action flick "Max Steel" about a 19-year-old who is recruited by a secret agency after an accident leaves him with superhuman powers. The story is based on a Mattel franchise, and will be produced by Joe Roth.

The "New Moon" wolf won't have trouble portraying a superhero -- he already has a leading man's body! Lautner packed on 30 pounds of muscle to film the "Twilight" sequel.
"The Twilight Saga: New Moon" is in theatres now.
