-Eat a banana for breakfast. If you're still hungry, 30 minutes later you can eat a healthy, well-balanced breakfast.
-Eat a sensible lunch and dinner
-Only drink water
-Don't eat after 8:00 PM
This is an updated version of the Atkins diet.
Instead of consuming large amounts of steaks, eggs and cheese, this diet recommends getting your protein from soy and nuts.
Shape magazine's Cynthia Sass says when mice were fed vinegar, they gained 10% less body fat than mice fed the exact same high calorie diet.
-Drink 3 tsp of apple cider vinegar before every meal.
This diet says you can eat fast food and still loose weight!
Sample menu:
-Breakfast: Dunkin' Donuts' Smart Egg White Veggie Flatbread Sandwich (290 calories and 3 grams of fiber).
-Lunch: Wendy's Jr. Hamburger (230 calories) with a garden salad (225 calories without dressing) and balsamic vinaigrette.
-Dinner: Amy's Roasted Vegetable frozen pizza. (270 calories per serving)
