Jennifer Hudson and fiancé David Otunga welcomed a baby boy

It's a baby boy for a "Dreamgirl" Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson and fiancé David Otunga.

J.Hud delivered a healthy son on Monday, David Daniel Otunga Jr., who weighed-in at 7 lbs., 14 oz.

The Hollywood Reporter reports Hudson and Otunga did not want to know the baby's sex in advance -- and had both pink and blue baby clothes ready for the newborn.

Last October, Hudson's mother, brother and nephew were tragically murdered by her sister's estranged husband.
