Kate and Jon Gosselin are Mr. and Mrs. Makeover! Is it true the troubled reality TV couple's makeovers would cost the average mom and dad around $20,000?

This isn't stretching the truth -- it's true! "Extra" has the beautifying bills:

· Kate's tummy tuck: $8,000
· Her "You Go Girl" spiky new hairdo: around $250
· Teeth whitening: $500
· Personal trainer: around $100 per session
· Pennsylvania salon's unlimited tanning package: around $26 per month
· Jon's hair plugs: $10,000

Being beautiful doesn't come cheap!

On "Jon & Kate Plus 8," it was revealed the Gosselin's tummy tuck and hair transplant procedures were donated/performed by generous fans.
