Lindsay Lohan gripped her unlit cigarette as she shielded her freckled face from flashbulbs after a warrant for her arrest was issued earlier Friday evening.
The 22-year-old sat shotgun in a charcoal Mercedes Benz with an unidentified woman in the driver's seat. It's reported they left the Chateau Marmont hotel to visit a "famous actor's home" in Hollywood.
