Blonde bombshell Jenny McCarthy looks radiant on the cover of the upcoming issue of Michigan Avenue magazine -- and inside, the 36-year-old spills the beauty treatment she calls a "savior"!

The former Playboy Playmate says she isn't embarrassed to admit she uses Botox. "I love Botox, I absolutely love it. I get it minimally, so I can still move my face, but I really do think it's a savior."

Jenny and BF Jim Carrey have been going strong for over three years, but the star admits she still thinks about her high school sweetheart. "I think a lot about my high school sweetheart, Tony LoBianco, who I dated from the time I was 12 until I was 19. So, he was like, my whole life, and then I posed for Playboy at 20. I've never talked to him since, and I've always wondered what he thought... and don't think I didn't try to Facebook Tony LoBianco or MySpace him!"
