Cowboy Mickey Rourke chatted it up on his cell outside of the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills looking like he's playing the lead in a Texas remake of "West Side Story"! The 56-year-old rocked a cream-colored cowboy hat, silver skull pinky ring, chains on his belt-loop, super ripped hip-hugger jeans and floral slip-on kicks. Yee haw, Maria!

Rourke still had his silver-capped tooth and smile, despite losing the Best Actor Oscar to pal Sean Penn.
