It seems that Madonna's alleged boy toy, model Jesus Luz, may be giving Alex Rodriguez a serious case of the green eyed-monster!

The Material mom dined with 22-year-old Luz in the Big Apple -- and their brunch reportedly upset the Yankee slugger! Sources reveal that Rodriguez is embarrassed because it looks like he's being replaced by a younger stud, but we're told Madge is still hot for A-Rod.

Madonna's relationship with Alex first set tongues wagging when they were spotted together last summer. Madonna met Jesus while touring in Brazil.
