Is the pop princess about to split from the Circus tour? Step right up while we clear that up!

It's true! The "Womanizer" singer is reportedly refusing to go on tour without her kids Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2. In order for her tots to join her on the road, Spears needs approval from ex-hubby Kevin Federline -- and Brit is saying she's willing to make living arrangements for K-Fed and pay him to go along! Popazao!

"The Circus Starring Britney Spears" kicks off March 3 in New Orleans.
