McCartney to Marry?

All you need is love -- and marriage?! Rumors are flying that Sir Paul McCartney is set to wed girlfriend Nancy Shevell, but are they true?

That's a no. Despite reports in London tabloids that the Beatles rocker is ready to settle down with Nancy, his rep insists that the rumors are just that -- rumors. "There's no truth to it," Paul's publicist Paul Freundlich told E!

Shevell, 49, and McCartney, 66, were first spotted kissing outside of a NY restaurant in 2007.
