Chef Art Smith, the owner of the Art and Soul restaurant on Capitol Hill and Oprah's former personal chef, invited A-listers to the D.C. hotspot for an inauguration get-together!
At the inauguration celebration, Smith announced his Safe Kitchen project, which will help teach D.C. children kitchen safety skills.
