Actress Jenny McCarthy is speaking out to "Extra" about the tragic death of Jett Travolta.

McCarthy, whose son Evan, 6, suffers from seizures, said, "When I head the news about Jett, my stomach flipped... Evan also, after a seizure, went into cardiac arrest where I lost him for two minutes. So I too watched the paramedics do CPR on Evan and didn't know if he was going to come back... I live on that edge that they have lived with Jett for all these years. I'm terrified."

Jenny reveals that she relies on beau Jim Carrey for support, saying, "He was my heart and he was my shoulder that I leaned on. He really, really helped me through those hard years and he helps me now."

The actress has been keeping busy, working on her Beautiful on a Budget campaign with Suave. "We're reminding women you don't have to spend a lot of money to look good," McCarthy explains, "Like going to beauty schools instead of pricey salons."

McCarthy bared all for Playboy in the 1990s, and when an "Extra" friend asked if she'd consider posing nude again, Jenny replied, "Yes, I did pose for Playboy a couple times and no, I would not pose again. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, but I seem to be noticing things are going south... I think I'm okay with leaving pictures of me in my 20s to the men out there -- and leaving the rest of my days to Jim only."

Jenny has said that funnyman Jim is her rock -- but does the twosome have plans to walk down the aisle? Click here to find out!
