Britney with Kids for New Year's?

Rumor has it that pop mom Britney Spears is skipping parties and performances this New Year's Eve to spend time with sons Jayden James and Sean Preston.
Other reports claim Spears will take the stage at the Palms in Las Vegas to ring in 2009. As of now, the "Womanizer" singer has remained mum on her plans for the night.
Meanwhile, Britney's dad/conservator Jamie recently received a raise for managing his daughter's life, when the court increased his monthly stipend from $10K to $16K, plus another $1,200 to maintain an office.
