Locklear, 47, was arrested Sunday in Montecito on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. While alcohol has been ruled out as the substance allegedly impairing Heather's driving abilities, another controlled substance may have been the reason.

She was booked and released in Santa Barbara County.
