J.Lo, Triathlete?

Actress-singer, mother of twins ... and now triathlete! Jennifer Lopez completed the Nautical Malibu Triathlon on Sunday, her first -- and she finished the race in 2 hours, 23 minutes, and 28 seconds!

After the competition at Zuma Beach, hubby Marc Anthony proudly escorted her to a VIP area where they met up with fellow racer and former co-star Matthew McConaughey.

Lopez prepared for the event with trainer Gunnar Peterson and Self magazine Editor-in-Chief Lucy Danziger. Last month on "Good Morning America," Lopez dished, "I feel great. I have more energy -- and I'm proud of myself." She also revealed that she would be raising money for Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

J.Lo's dramedy, "Love and Other Impossible Pursuits," will be in theaters next year.
