Tonight’s premiere of "Beauty and the Geek" examines the reaction when ten beauties undergo a reverse makeover – and get a shocking reality-check when they’re suddenly unattractive.

"Extra" conducted its own "Beauty and the Geek" experiment with one of the contestants, Cara, taking her to Hollywood Blvd. to see how guys would respond when a ravishing brunette asked for directions. Then makeup artist Mark Garbarino went to work; giving Cara a broken nose, a spray-on mustache and crooked teeth. Check out the surprising results!
