"Extra" has learned that Britney Spears has left Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and is back at her Beverly Hills home. Her father, Jamie, is reportedly by her side.

There are reports that Britney was visited by TV therapist Dr. Phil before she packed her bags. After leaving, Britney was reportedly seen driving once she got home, only to make a U-turn after seeing the amount of paparazzi parked outside of her gated community. Police then told all waiting paparazzi vehicles that they would be towed away if they did not leave immediately.

A source tells "Extra" Dr. Phil has been trying to get Britney and Kevin on the show for a year. Dr. Phil wanted to be the mediator for the couple. The sources tell "Extra" that these issues are being handled in front of Commissioner Scott Gordon, not Dr. Phil.

The hospital released the troubled starlet after she was admitted early Friday morning following a custody dispute and standoff with police.
