Hearing Ends Without Ruling

Britney Spears has just left the courtroom where she faced K-Fed in their custody battle.

The judge heard testimony from both sides, but didn't make a ruling. Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told "Extra" that a ruling will come Monday or Tuesday. Kaplan wouldn't elaborate, but said the court heard many issues this afternoon.

Brit was extremely upset as she left the courthouse. She peeled out of the parking lot in her white Mercedes as a pack of paparazzi swarmed her.
