Brooke Shields is waving goodbye to Los Angeles!

The gorgeous beauty will pack her bags and head to the Big Apple, taking her husband and two little girls with her.

"Extra" caught up with Brooke at the Viva La Cure event benefiting women's cancer research, where she revealed she's moving to New York for the "Sex and the City" spin-off, "Lipstick Jungle."

"Once a New Yorker, always a New Yorker!" she said. "You can't get the New York out of me."
