'Dancing' Stars Reveal Their Diet Secrets

October 16, 2007 Dancing With The Stars

“Dancing with the Stars” host Samantha Harris made her return to the show last night just three weeks after having her baby girl, and it was her mind-boggling rock-hard body that had everyone talking.

“Josselyn's fantastic and she's so much fun, and she's sweet and beautiful,” she told “Extra” about her little bundle of joy.

Sam shed most of that baby weight with a little “Extra” help, telling us, “I learned everything about motherhood from Dayna [Devon]!”

New mom Jennie Garth has “Dancing” to thank for her own fantastic weight loss.

“I just had a baby when I started this show, so I had a lot of the mommy weight and I shed that,” she revealed.

And she’s crediting her husband, actor Peter Facinelli, for helping her land a huge score from the judges last night.

“He's like, ‘Go, be passionate, tear his clothes off with your eyes,’” she said. “I'm like, ‘Really?’”

With five inches off his waistline, Mark Cuban is just a fraction of the man he used to be.

“I’m down 30 pounds now,” he told “Extra.”

For Marie Osmond, it was rehearsals - along with Nutrisystem – that left her 20 pounds lighter and three inches smaller around her waist.

“I just want to say thanks for voting for me because it's the best diet I've been on!” she said.
