O.J.'s Alleged Accomplice to Plead Guilty, Testify Against Him
O.J. Simpson's alleged accomplice in last month's Las Vagas armed robbery will plead guilty and testify against him.
Charles Cashmore will plead guilty to a lesser charge of being an accessory to robbery, a felony that could send him to prison for up to five years. He'll also testify that two of the men who allegedly entered the room with Simpson were armed.
A court hearing is scheduled for today.
Cashmore is accused of being one of five men who allegedly held two men hostage at gunpoint and stole sports memorabilia from them. Simpson has now been charged with armed robbery, conspiracy and kidnapping, among other charges.
If convicted, Simpson, 60, could land in prison for the rest of his life.
